Privacy policy

Updated October 26, 2026. This policy covers emergencycleanupco.com, operated by WellTracked ("we"). We do not sell lists of visitors or callers.

What we collect on the website

• Usage data. Pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and clicks on call buttons.
• Contact form. If you send a message, we keep your name (optional), email, topic and message, plus a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person.
• Ad click IDs. If you arrive from a Microsoft Bing ad, we keep the ad click ID (msclkid) in your browser so a call can be matched to the ad that led to it.

Analytics and advertising tools

• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use pages (clicks, scrolling, page movement) to help us improve the site. It uses cookies. See Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
• Microsoft Advertising (UET tag) measures which Bing ads lead to visits and calls. It uses cookies and the ad click ID.

We do not use Google Analytics.

Phone calls

When you call a number on this site, the call is handled by a call tracking provider and routed to an independent service provider. Calls may be recorded. The call tracking provider and the service provider you reach may collect your phone number, the call time and length, the area you call from, and the recording, and use them for routing, quality, training, billing and to report call results to advertising platforms. Some states require the consent of everyone on a call to record it; by staying on the line you consent to recording. If you do not want to be recorded, please hang up.

The service provider you speak with handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Do Not Sell or Share

Sharing data with Microsoft Clarity and the Microsoft Advertising tag may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws, such as California's. You can opt out at any time:

• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor it automatically.
• Or use this button. It turns off Clarity and the Microsoft Advertising tag in this browser.

Do not sell or share my information

To ask about, correct or delete information we hold about you, use the contact form. We answer within 45 days.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and to keep records of requests. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's settings.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
